Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a refund partial is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable )
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card , because there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded . Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@kafefactory.com.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item was not identified as a gift during checkout. purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and then give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary .

If you are shipping an item valued over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
